GoTravel Therapy is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for an assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in French Lick, IN for 12-13 weeks.
Local Hourly Rate: $37.00
Weekly hours: 36
Start Date: ASAP
Length: 13 weeks
Overview:

Implements plans & treatments formulated by Physical Therapist (PT)
Personal care component for a small percentage of patients
Other Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) duties as assigned
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Self-direction, flexibility, and professionalism with a strong sense of team commitment

Requirements:

Successful completion of a program approved by the National Board for Certification in Physical Therapy Assistant
Current Indiana State PTA License - Single or Compact License Accepted
Complies with accepted professional standards and practice
Successful completion of GoTravel therapy's Competency Program
Current PPD or Chest X-Ray, Physical, & BLS/CPR Certificate
Proficiency in the English language
