GoTravel Therapy is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for an assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Fort Wayne, IN.
*Total Weekly Gross Travel Package: $1744
Local Hourly Rate: $35.00
Weekly hours: 36
Start Date: ASAP
Length: 12-13 weeks
*Based upon qualifying for position and allowances total package is inclusive of taxable wages and allowances
Overview:

Implements short term and long-term treatment, goals and plans formulated and established by Physical Therapists
Personal care component for a small percentage of patients
Other Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) duties as assigned
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Self-direction, flexibility, and professionalism with a strong sense of team commitment

Requirements:

Successful completion of a program approved by the National Board for Certification in Physical Therapy Assistant
Current Physical Therapy Assistant License - Indiana State Single or other qualifying Multistate Compact License Accepted
Complies with accepted professional standards and practice
Successful completion of GoTravel therapy's Competency Program
Current PPD or Chest X-Ray, Physical, & BLS/CPR Certificate
Spoken & written proficiency of the English language
