1. Project management such as following up stakeholders to deliver the project outcome on time and setting up the project status update meeting and conduct facilitation.
2. Creating documents in both English and Chinese with Powerpoint.
3. Schedule management of reporting manager.
4. Schedule assistant of some team members.
5. Translating documents.
6. Communication with third parties (Clients or service providers) and arranging meetings.
7. Take meeting minutes.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in both Chinese and English
2. 4 years of education in university with major of science/management related fields
3. Detail oriented mindset
4. Learning agility and rapid reactivity
5. Good adaptability
6. Commitment to advancing sustainable energy technologies
