Gotham Companies is seeking an experienced and dynamic Nurse Manager to join our team at our clients Ambulatory Surgical Center. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in Pre-Op, Post-Op, and OR settings, as well as leadership experience in a healthcare setting.

Nurse Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Pre-Op, Post-Op, and OR departments (reporting to the DON).
• Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff
• Ensure patient safety and quality of care are maintained at all times
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the departments
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to staff members

Nurse Manager Qualifications:

• Valid NYS RN license and BSN degree (Required)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Pre-Op, Post-Op, and OR settings (Required)
• Ambulatory Surgical Center experience is preferred
• 1 year previous leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting (Required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $63.00 - $67.00 per hour
