As a part of our sales team, you will

• Work with the homeowner to educate them on our products, capabilities and how we can help turn their vision in to reality
• Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service
• Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership
• Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead tracking software, updating client information daily

You have:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Be willing to work as a member of a team in an environment where communication and collaboration are key to driving success
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with little or no direction
• No insurance, construction or exterior restoration experience is required; extensive training is provided
• Prior customer service experience is highly desirable
• Valid Driver's License and not be afraid of heights

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
