Salary $55-70,000

Our client, a well known local Broker seeks a CSR with AE potential to handle the day to day servicing of middle market clients. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide day to day client support 
• Update suspense, action items etc
• Issue certificates of insurance.
• Assist with endorsements and policy change requests
• creation and distribution of ID cards and with support staff
• Make proposal preparations to share with client.
• Puts together binders/policy changes and contract data for the client.
• Promptly addresses electronic recordkeeping needs to maintain up to date policy/client information 
• invoicing 
• Coordinates loss run ordering with support staff.
• Request information from clients as needed to ensure timely handling of policies and accurate record keeping.

Qualifications:

• License or desire to get one in 6 months 
• Some Commercial Property and Casualty insurance experience servicing clients
• Capable of multi-tasking and working multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with AMS 360 or similar data management systems
