Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience in management consulting, operations, or business strategy, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 5 years of experience working in a customer-facing role driving programs.
  • 5 years of experiencing engaging with executive stakeholders (e.g. Director ).
  • 5 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • Experience managing contingent workforce strategies and initiatives across functions.
  • Experience working with and managing partners in complex programs.
  • Ability to cultivate global partnerships, aligning stakeholders towards strategic initiatives with regional/global impact.

gTech's Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) team empowers Product Areas (PAs) to optimize vendor operations while reducing risks and driving efficiency through the enforcement of Google best practices and policies. We advocate informed decision-making, ensuring our partners find the right talent in the right locations. Our collaboration across Google leads to streamlined processes, minimizing administrative burdens and optimizing the Extended Workforce (xW) experience. We ensure Google's policies and guidelines are consistently adhered to.
The Partner Engagement team builds essential relationships with PAs, Bets, Functions, and the Global Procurement Office (GPO). Our mission is to facilitate xW success, enforcing compliance, building resilient operations, and promoting durable cost savings. We prioritize understanding user needs to develop solutions that address their specific challenges. In this role, you will help directly shape our PAs, Bets, Functions development, and the formation of future-proof strategic solutions.
You will partner with stakeholders to mandate extended workforce policies and guidelines, drive cross-functional objective key results focused on cost savings and compliance, and proactively mitigate risk. You will identify and address obstacles to policy adoption across PAs, promoting company-wide best practices tailored to enhance operational success.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $208,000-$296,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
  • Build trusted relationships with executive decision-makers, gaining an understanding of their strategic priorities within Product Areas and Bets.
  • Shape and enforce cost effective practices and adherence to xWS policies.
  • Support and understand business objectives, operations model, structure, demand versus capacity needs, and educate xWS with ongoing strategic insight to unlock economies of scale.
  • Drive change management to simultaneously launch multiple large-scale enterprise-wide xWS efforts, consult executives on xWS policies, and understand impact of changes.
  • Apply cost-saving strategies and regulatory compliance requirements to position solutions that drive results while mitigating risk. Drive regional alignment for labor strategy, collaborate with stakeholders to develop a unified regional approach for policies, and balance consistency with local market needs.
