Overview

Goodwin & Company is look for a maintenance technician who is primarily responsible for the day-to-day maintenance operations, oversight and physical upkeep of a master planned community and metrodistrict.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily maintenance tasks, such as service requests and property make-ready.• Respond to maintenance related issues in a timely manner• Perform various maintenance functions including repairs to the following: electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance as dictated by state guidelines.• Responsible for work order systems accuracy by verifying all orders are completed in a timely manner to company standards.• Ensure maintenance requests are handled as quickly, efficiently and effectively as possible and always completed within 24 hours. Inform Property Manager and resident if work delayed due to needed parts.• Promptly communicate with the property manager concerning all maintenance issues at the property.
