Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-orientated Compliance Inspector for a fast-growing company. Your mission would be to drive through assigned communities and notate certain violations. This job requires you to have a reliable vehicle along with business car insurance, as you will be driving your own vehicle through various communities. This position reimburses you for mileage and toll fees.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect properties within Association for Deed Restriction Violations
• Process and mail notices pertaining to Deed Restriction Violations
• Answer customer phone calls and emails
• Miscellaneous administrative job responsibilities
• Attendance of monthly meetings

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle with business car insurance
• Must have a clean driving record and meet criminal background requirements
• 18 years old
• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Can navigate through different application systems
• Competency in Microsoft Office Applications
• Have a naturally positive attitude and be a team player
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Pleasant, friendly attitude, with an ability to adapt to change
• Strong listening skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, time management, problem resolution, and decision-making skills
