Job Summary

Our client is the Ritz Carlton of the Ozarks and they are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor. Our Ideal candidates will have experience managing a diverse team at a boutique or select service property and lead with a servant leadership style.

Restaurant Supervisor Duties :

• Manage a team of staff and leaders to meet and exceed high expectations
• Creating a culture of positivity and creating an elevated experience for guests
• Responsible for maintaining and upholding standards and best practices

Guest Services Supervisor Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience in an upscale restaurant concept
• Servant leadership management style
• Hands-on and able to put the guest first
• Valid drivers license
