Restaurant General Manager Compensation & Benefits :
- Base Salary Range : $60,000 to $65,000 Bonus Potential
- Medical and dental insurance
- 2 weeks PTO, 8 paid holidays...you even get your birthday off with pay!

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage all employee processes- recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance management, training, coaching, and motivating
- Focus on the employee, guest, and food safety
- P&L - inventory, food ordering / costs, labor
Restaurant General Manager Requirements :
- High School Diploma / GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2-4 years of Restaurant General Manager experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to focus on customer service and support
- Must have strong employee leadership experience and desires
