As the AGM, you will be responsible for the overall success and profitability of the restaurant. This includes overseeing all aspects of the operation, experience from food and beverage to customer service and marketing.

You should be a highly experienced and motivated restaurant professional with a proven track record of success in the fine dining industry.

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for the restaurant, including setting sales goals and marketing initiatives
• Manage all aspects of the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking expenses
• Oversee the hiring, training, and development of all restaurant staff
• Manage the restaurant's inventory and food costs
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback
• Work with the chef to develop and maintain the restaurant's menu
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all guests have a positive dining experience

Assistant General Manager Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role in a fine dining restaurant
• Experience with Toast POS
• Strong track record of success in driving profitability and customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and beverage, customer service, and marketing
• Michelin or James Beard experience preferred
