We are looking for a Construction Project Maneger / Superintendent for Multi-Unit Commercial construction. Experience building High-End Luxury buildings in the Boston area.

This would be on-site and in the office. We are looking for candidates familiar with the local market and have a Mass. CL (Construction Supervisors License).

Multi-Family PM / Superintendent Residential Construction Benefits :

Multi-Family PM / Superintendent Residential Construction Requirements :

• 5 Multi family construction
• Proficient in BuilderTrend, Procore and Microsoft Suite
• BA in Construction Management, Engineering or similar field
• Mass. CSL (Construction Supervisors License) a must, OSHA 10 or 30 appreciated

Multi-Family PM / Superintendent Residential Construction Responsibilities :

• Moniter progress, hold meetings and provide construction documents
• Work with all involved to maintain schedules and quality standards
• Handle planning, resources, budgets and schedules
