Join our client, a leading medical technology company committed to improving healthcare delivery and enhancing patient outcomes.

They are currently hiring a Medical Device Sales Representative to join their dynamic team.

Medical Device Sales Representative Responsibilities :

  • Manage end-to-end sales process for implantable devices related to specific therapies
  • Identify and acquire new clients, establish strong relationships, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Facilitate pricing agreements, place orders, and maintain effective communication with clients throughout the entire process, from order placement to delivery
  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, ensuring appropriate levels and adherence to expiration dates
  • Actively participate in conventions, trade shows, and sales meetings
  • Provide comprehensive support during scheduled and unscheduled surgeries, strictly following all protocols
  • Offer detailed explanations of instrument use to scrub technicians and adapt equipment setup to accommodate surgeon preferences

Medical Device Sales Representative Qualifications :

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
  • Prior experience in medical device sales is desirable but not mandatory (a positive attitude and a degree are highly valued!)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Must Live in Orange County

Medical Device Sales Representative Benefits :
