We are seeking a hospitality-focused General Manager to open our new restaurant in Bedford! Come join and lead a phenomenal team with an emphasis on outstanding food and service in a sophisticated, yet comfortable environment. The General Manager is the captain of the ship, responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations including service, hiring, training, and sales.

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications Responsibilities:

• 4 years of GM experience in NYC, preferably in a fine dining environment
• A results-driven operator with a track record of achieving financial targets and growing sales
• Commitment to providing exceptional guest service, and creating memorable experiences for all patrons
• Expertise in staff development, including coaching, training, and leading teams, as well as recruiting and hiring
• Proficiency in a variety of technology systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Payroll, POS, and COGS Systems
• NRO experience is a plus!
