Restaurant Manager's Requirements & Responsibilities :
- 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar multi-unit role
- Ensure day-to-day operations for all outlets are streamlined
- Detail-focused, high-energy, and guest satisfaction driven
- Responsible for purchasing and inventory
- Strong liquor, wine, and beer knowledge and experience in creating beverage menus
- Skilled in leading, training, and developing FOH staff
- Effective and clear verbal communication skills
