A large hospitality group in Freeport, Maine, seeks a dynamic Director of Human Resources / Talent Management to oversee and support our fantastic team of leaders and associates.

Director of Talent Management Benefits:

Director of Talent Management Requirements and Responsibilities:

• 5 years in a Human Resources leadership role
• Experience in a company of 500 team members
• Adept at implementing and maintaining HR administrative functions
• Proven track record in maintaining a low company-wide turnover rate
• Expert in hiring, onboarding and training staff and managers
• Manage the benefits program and control benefits cost
• Manage the scheduling and payroll operation
