Job Summary

We are seeking a Kitchen Service Technician who will cater to our commercial client's needs, identifying issues, performing repairs, and conducting planned maintenance on a diverse range of cooking, refrigeration, and dishwashing equipment.

Commercial Kitchen Service Technician Responsibilities :

• Deliver comprehensive service solutions for commercial cooking, ware-washing, and specialized foodservice equipment.
• Service all customers within your designated area, showcasing your mechanical expertise, troubleshooting capabilities, and proficiency in interpreting diagrams and schematics.
• Establish communication with manufacturers when necessary to aid in diagnostics and parts identification.
• Generate accurate and timely administrative documents, including work orders, time reports, receipts, and truck stock inventory.

Commercial Kitchen Service Technician Requirements :

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of technical experience in refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, and HVAC.
• Demonstrate willingness and ability to participate in the emergency on-call rotation, including nights and weekends.
• Hold relevant technical training, licenses, and / or certifications (EPA / CFESA).
• Have experience in repairing commercial refrigeration and cooking equipment.
