Catering Manager Qualifications:
- Great communication and organization skills
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields, preferably with a concept with catering
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to work autonomously
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience with catering sales and catering orders
- Passionate about customer service, and comfortable going out to build sales
- Establish relationships with businesses, venues, and individual customers to build catering sales
- Effectively communicate with the restaurant to make sure that all requests for a customer's order are completed: food order, supplies for the event, special items, kitchen completion time for the order, etc
- Ability to follow the process in place for new customer reach, and following up on existing customers/clients
- Drive sales by executing events, engaging with customers in the restaurant, and by conducting Brand Intros to introduce our brand to businesses and venues
