Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor :
- Ensure safety and productivity within the production team
- Provide coaching and development to team members
- Conduct audits to maintain product and process quality
- Implement and uphold lean manufacturing principles
Qualifications for the Production Supervisor :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of production supervisor experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a must
- Preferably, experience in window and door manufacturing
