One of your favorite restaurants needs an upscale Assistant Kitchen Manager. Must be hands-on, manage a tenured team, and confidently ensure the team is well prepared and equipped to turn out the highest quality food.

Assistant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities :
- Supervises all back of house activities
- Oversees and guides a tenured team of over 30
- Resolves issues and follows up with team members - holding all accountable
- Creates and adjusts staff schedules to meet demand and budgets
- Adheres to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Works to financial guidelines
Assistant Kitchen Manager Qualifications :
- At least three years of experience in an upscale-casual, scratch-kitchen environment required
- A natural tendency to lead
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
