JOB SUMMARY
Ensure standards and performance requirements are met in accordance with contractual and customer quality guidelines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive, process, distribute and deliver letters & packages
Ensure outgoing mail is processed and returned to United States Postal Service or designated agency as assigned
Provide incoming/outgoing briefings and responds to postal related questions at service window
Prepare supply inventory accounts and order supplies within budget guidelines.
Screen for suspicious packages/letter/ bombs
Maintain postal directory file and provision of directory service for undeliverable mail
Assign and terminate postal boxes to customers
Effectively recruit, hire, develop, supervise, schedule and evaluate personnel
Work conjointly with building management
Interface with government Contracting Officers Representative (COR)
Maintain a positive working relationship with all government personnel.
Maintain payroll, supplies and required disabled hours according to standards.
Complete required personnel and administrative paperwork in a timely manner
Inform appropriate personnel of irregularities and possible problems at contract site in a timely manner
Maintain current Safety Data Sheets
Assist with the bidding process and contract renewal process
Provide employee performance feedback to referral agencies, family members and AbilityOne Coordinator as necessary
Assist with the bidding process and contractual requirements as necessary and ensures quality contract performance
Empower employees to maximize their employment potential by assisting them in increasing productivity through reasonable accommodations

Drive the Goodwill vehicles to and from designated locations in a timely fashion.

Comply with all Department of Transportation guidelines and Goodwill policies & procedures.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred.
High school diploma or G.E.D. required
Three (3) years supervisory experience preferred
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
First Aid/CPR Certification
Must maintain valid driver’s license and be insurable
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office-Excel, Outlook, and Word and the Internet
Must be able to work in a highly secure environment
Must have good organizational skills
Must be able to participate in surveys directed by the Secretary of the Air Force through HQ/ACC
Maintain a good driving record that meets our Insurance Company’s Guidelines
