Responsible for managing and maintaining the on-going performance of the Agency’s information technology (IT) equipment, network infrastructure, security and communications needs. Works with the Senior Director of IT Operations and Security to ensure the Agency’s IT infrastructure is operating in a manner consistent with current business needs and to strategize on how to efficiently meet current and future business needs cost effectively. Responsible for developing, maintaining and implementing standards, polices, and procedures for the IT infrastructure. Involved in the optimization of hardware, software, and network contracts and license agreements. Accountable for ensuring continuity of computer services for all computer users in the Agency through planning, technical leadership and project coordination.
