Maintenance Worker
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Maintenance I position will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of maintenance and landscaping services for the Auburn Oaks facility. These services include, but are not limited to, general repair, painting, basic plumbing, electrical work and grounds upkeep. This position also serves as a back-up to the Service Coordinator and may be required to assist in shuttling residents to appointments.
This position is a full time, non-exempt position eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance; 403(b) retirement plan; Paid Holidays, and Paid Time Off. This position is employed by Goodwill Industries® of Sacramento Valley and Northern Nevada, Inc., through Next Move Homeless Services and is classified as a Safety-Sensitive position.
