Position Duties:

1. Understand and share compelling human and environmental impact of Goodwill of Greater Detroit donated goods retail program.
2. Research, identify, initiate and develop relationships with companies, organizations, schools, churches, neighborhood associations, etc. to increase donations of textiles and household goods in assigned territory. 
3. Participate in networking events, business & chamber groups to establish connections and increase potential individual and corporate donors.
4. Arrange and manage special donation drives with local businesses and organizations.
5. Work with logistics teams/colleagues to arrange trucking and pick-ups as needed.
6. Work with communications team to provide information in support of marketing materials (regarding donations partners, drives, etc.) 
7. Supervise temporary employees assigned to special donations projects.
8. Prepare reports, trainings, presentations and proposals in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
9. Provide customer service and problem resolution to donors as necessary, maintaining a strong ongoing relationship.
10. Ensure that work is performed in a careful and safe manner, in accordance with Goodwill safety rules, and appropriately elevate concerns about working environment.
