Position Overview
Our Store Managers are entrepreneurs that lead store teams to drive incremental sales growth, embed Brand in the fabric of your market, provide a level of customer service that consistently exceeds expectation and cultivates high performing teams. You drive operational excellence through understanding of Goodwill CNC standards and obsessive attention to detail. You make training a priority and cultivate and environment of learning. You thrive in a fast-paced environment that empowers you to truly be the owner of your business. You have a passion for thrift and embody the values of Goodwill’s mission.
Key Qualifications
Pay: Starting $38,480 annually - depending on store level and experience of applicant.
