What You’ll Do:

● Engage guests with a positive outlook and outgoing personality.

● Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the FOH Manager; and complete safety training and certifications.

● Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.

● Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.

● Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.

● Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support the team in reaching common goals.

● Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

● Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period.

● Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.

● Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

● Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables.

● Serve food and beverages to guests, making recommendations if needed.

● Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests.

● Record transactions in the Toast POS system correctly and promptly.

● Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverage.

● Close guest checks promptly.

● Clean tables, complete closing duties, and re-stock tableware and other supplies.

What You’ll Bring:

● Previous experience as a server or in a similar role is preferred.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

● Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.

● Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency.

● Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

● Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.

● TABC and Food Handler’s Certificate.
