Provide support and coordination from point of order through project closeout so that the Salesperson can grow their business and retain clients with perfectly executed projects. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and employees to share knowledge and improve outcomes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Share and test knowledge and ideas that improve the quality and speed of workflow.
- Provide project and customer-appropriate solutions that help us win and retain customers.
- Assist with product specifications, proposal preparation, pricing negotiations, and client presentations.
- Prepare quotes for order entry.
- Address change orders, punch list items, product returns, and credit memos.
- Review and enter vendor acknowledgment information.
- Complete order revisions as required.
- Coordinate communication and project status with internal and external project stakeholders.
- Prepare installation packets.
- Response times and quality of internal and external communications and deliverables must meet or exceed customer expectations.
