The Holistic Animal Care Shoppe is a leading retailer in Natural Wellness. We are looking for dependable, energetic, positive, retail associates to aid in rebuilding our brand, as we move into a new, more central location after 28 years in our current store. You will be educated in our fun, unique retail style in our current storefront. Those passing the 90-day probationary period will be invited to remain as they wish, following another bump-up in hourly salary, based on your knowledge levels at the time. Each candidate is judged on their own merits, although we do have core information, which must be adhered to. Your ability to work on your own and as a valued TEAM member is important. We have a reputation to maintain; striving only to provide top-notch customer service and free public wellness education. We gladly provide you with proven product knowledge. Based on your willingness to learn, grow, and help others, we assure you an easier path to success.

We are looking for:

• Outgoing “Certified” LifeStyle Associates who can provide exceptional customer service, product education, and develop a rapport with frequent Pet-Parents and Shoppers.
• Is trustworthy to work side-by-side with Owners & fellow associates
• Fluent in retail metrics or goals, plus understands driving metrics and applying in real time
• Work flexible hours, when needed
• Excellent time-management skills
• Follow loss prevention controls & guidelines
• Comfortable posting on Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Experienced merchandiser, a PLUS! But, we will gladly educate an enthusiastic Associate!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
