We are seeking an Associate Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions. Responsibilities: * Represent clients in court hearings. * Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients, such as pleadings and discovery. * Advise clients on business and legal transactions. * Negotiate settlements. * Taking depositions. * Appear at trial as needed. * Comply with all legal standards and regulations. ​​ Qualifications: * Certified to practice law by the California State Bar. * At least 2 years' experience desired. * Familiarity with civil procedure. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to build rapport with clients. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
