We are looking for a Field Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The Field Agent will be responsible for setting up and breaking sales stations as well as visiting customers in their homes or businesses to provide product enrollments, answer questions, and provide support and guidance. The successful candidate will also be responsible for tracking customer data and providing regular reports to the management team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
• Our Field Agents are expected to gain a complete understanding of the Lifeline industry through our comprehensive training program, This includes Lifeline program history, customer enrollment training, issue resolution, and team activity coordination.
• Conduct market research and input data to identify potential business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Identify areas of improvement in customer service processes.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
• All team members must also be able to fulfill all compliance requirements for the Lifeline program and maintain our customer-first, zero-tolerance, fraud prevention standards.

Requirements:

• Must have great customer service skills
• Must have your own vehicle (own method of transportation)
• Must be comfortable working outdoors
• Must have a phone with access to data to process applications
• Pass a Background check
• Must be 18 years or older

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
