GoodLife Innovations uses cutting-edge camera and sensor technology, called iLink, to monitor and assist adults with disabilities who wish to be as independent as possible.
We are seeking an iCoach to utilize iLink technology to support individuals living in iLink-monitored homes and staff who provide direct support care. This is an on-site office position.
As an iCoach, you will help the people we serve by monitoring their safety and supervision and dispatching onsite staff if needs arise. You will also assist staff by ensuring needs are met, answering questions, and providing remote support.
Schedules available:
Days - Sun/Mon/Tue 6:30am-6:30pm
Days - Thu/Fri/Sat 6:30am-6:30pm
Nights - Thu/Fri/Sat 8:30pm-8:30am

Some duties include:
Monitoring for the safety and supervision of individuals who live in an iLink-monitored setting
Supporting the needs of the individuals served and dispatching onsite or on-call staff members if safety concerns arise
Supporting staff by answering questions and assisting in obtaining necessary supports
Making sound judgments to ensure the safety of monitored individuals
Some requirements:
Previous direct support or caregiving experience (preferred)
Must understand technology and be a quick learner
Must enjoy multi-tasking while supporting assigned locations
Must be able to stay awake and alert for the entire shift
