Administrator & Customer Service Specialist
Location: Lenexa, KS (Greater Kansas City Area)
What does Experitec's Administrator & Customer Service Specialist role look like?
The Administrator & Customer Service Specialist is a part of our Operations team and responsible for providing excellent service to both internal resources and external guests. This role will serve as the customer service subject matter expert, working closely with our Order Management, Shared Services, and Sales departments. Our customers are largely manufacturing facilities and Upstream Oil & Gas. We serve many different industries including chemical, power generation, refining, oil & gas, food & beverage, pulp & paper, and water.
What is the Administrator & Customer Service Specialist responsible for?
In this role, you will direct incoming calls, look up customer orders, enter orders and requests for quotes, and handle a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks while being able to work independently with little or no supervision. You will learn about Experitec’s different business units, and the products and services we provide to our industrial customers. You will work with staff and customers at all levels in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining personable, flexible, proactive, positive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism. The prime objective of this role is to provide excellent service to ensure all customers have positive experiences with the Customer Service Team.
