Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
GoodLife Innovations is seeking Direct Support Professionals to lead center-based and community-based activities and support the persons served in our Day Services program!
As a Day Services Direct Support Professional, you will lead pre-planned activity classes, facilitate group community outings, and support positive behaviors. Your days will be spent in our Day Service Center, out in the community, and in residential programs to assist with client goals and personal care needs.

Some duties include:
- Leading pre-planned activity classes (art, cooking, music, life skills) independently or with a co-teacher
- Facilitating safe and fun community outings (bowling, volunteering, museums, library)
- Assisting persons served to actively engage and appropriately participate in group activities
- Documenting daily activities
- Working across Day Center, residential programs, and in the community
Some qualifications:
- Previous teaching or caregiving experience preferred, but not required
- Must be a safe driver and have a valid driver's license
- Compassion for helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Must successfully pass criminal background check
- Flexibility in assigned working location based on client needs
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs to physically assist individuals with and without adaptive equipment
