**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in achieving business growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and account management. This role is commission-based for the first quarter, then it is commission plus salary.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage overall branch operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and market expansion
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed targets
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize business opportunities
