Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager for our unarmed security division. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a proven track record of managing operations and personnel effectively. As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day security operations, implementing strategic initiatives, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management: Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to security personnel, ensuring they are properly trained, motivated, and equipped to perform their duties effectively. Lead by example and promote a positive work environment conducive to teamwork and collaboration.

Operational Oversight: Oversee all aspects of security operations, including patrol activities, access control, and incident response. Monitor performance metrics and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and addressing their security needs in a timely and professional manner.

Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of security personnel. Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members, encouraging professional growth and development.

Resource Management: Manage resources effectively, including staffing levels, equipment, and budget allocation. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Incident Management: Respond to and manage security incidents or emergencies as they occur. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and minimize disruptions to operations.

Reporting and Documentation: Prepare accurate and detailed reports on security activities, incidents, and observations. Maintain proper documentation of all incidents, including incident reports, daily activity logs, and shift reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field preferred but not required.

Valid California Security Guard License or ability to obtain one prior to employment.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Requirements:

Must be coachable and open to feedback for continuous improvement.

Must be a self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
