What You’ll Be Doing:
This role is all about keeping things running smoothly. You'll manage schedules, support our field team, assist our CEO, and keep our sales and customer service top-notch. Your day-to-day will be diverse and dynamic, with plenty of opportunities to make a significant impact.

• Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
• Act as the primary support for our field staff, providing the tools and information they need to excel at their jobs.
• Assist the CEO with a variety of administrative tasks, from managing calendars to preparing reports.
• Handle customer inquiries and lead sales efforts, guiding customers through our services and products to find the perfect solution.
• Maintain records and manage communications, ensuring a seamless flow of information across the company.
