We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our growing Fulfillment Team.

The hours: We work four 10-hour shifts, starting at 6a and done by 4:30. We have shifts available from Monday to Thursday, Friday to Monday, and some for those who only want to work Saturday and Sunday.

The pay: There's no limit to what you can earn. We pay people what they're worth, and there is no ceiling to the amount of value someone can create. This position starts at $15 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $20 per hour, and much more if you take on more responsibility.

Job Description:

As a Fulfillment Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments for delivery.

You will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the business, and have the opportunity to increase your responsibilities and earn more.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established guidelines
• Ensure quality control by verifying the accuracy of picked orders before packing
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with receiving, restocking, and inventory management tasks as needed
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals
• Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements:

• Be coachable, eager to learn, and positive
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work some weekends and holidays as needed
• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required
