Cannabis Product Specialist
Duties:
- Duties include selling the company's products to customers and meetng weekly and monthly sales goals. Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to clients
- Develop a deep understanding of the products or services being offered, including pricing and competitive advantages.
- Create effective sales presentations to showcase the value and benefits of the product or service.
- Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- The employee is required to meet weekly and monthly sales goals as set by the employer.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure availability of products
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster repeat business
- Utilize effective phone etiquette when communicating with customers
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and expand customer base
- Manage the sales pipeline by tracking and following up on leads
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cannabis sales or a related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of math and inventory control principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. The employee must maintain an Excel sheet to track customer interactions, including customer names, level of interest, and contact information.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving sales targets
- Valid driver's license for outside sales activities
