Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Duties:
- Prepare and serve coffee beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with food preparation, such as sandwiches, pastries, and other menu items
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and freshness of all products
- Upsell additional items or promotions to customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso-based beverages
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Experience in food preparation is preferred
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell products
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
