Gomez Law, APC is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Los Angeles, CA

As we are expanding, we need to grow our reception department. The person that will enjoy this role loves people and is empathetic. This person is great at multitasking and picking up new skills along with a great personality and can-do spirit.
Our front desk reception is an important role as you will be the first person to interact with our clients. You're first impression makes a huge impact.

Qualifications:
  • 2 years of office experience.
  • Spanish speaking (required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player.
  • Able to work well under pressure and have problem-solving skills.
  • Detailed oriented - organizational and time management skills are a must for this position.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • They answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures).
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
  • Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Administrative/Paralegal/Intake support.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, emailing, and faxing.
