Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our service to potential customers. Duties
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads
- Reach out to prospective customers through various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media
- Present product demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales volume

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships
- Technical sales experience is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of retail math for calculating discounts, commissions, and profit margins is preferred
- Previous experience in jewelry sales is a plus
- Familiarity with operating a computer is needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed
• Weekends only

Ability to Relocate:

• Spring, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required)
