Job Overview:
We are a “Make a Difference” Business Coaching organization that has scaled to over 1000 offices in 86 countries over the past 31 years serving all industries.
We are in the process of building the largest business coaching firm in the world here in the Greater Houston area and are adding a number of Sales Representatives. You will be engaging the owners of privately-held small & medium businesses and the company executives of large corporations in the Greater Houston area.
Your role is to have prospective clients say YES to accepting the giftof a Strategic Planning Session with one of our Certified Business Specialists to create a Strategic Focus Map and Updated 3-Year Strategic Plan. The Certified Business Specialist will determine what programs or services are the best fit for the client now through the development of the client’s unique Map & Plan. The total “sales cycle” is 1-2 weeks, so you will be paid your bonuses quickly. Our Conversion Rate is typically 75%.
Your compensation includes a base salary plus bonuses paid twice per month. Successful team members will have a 6-figure total annual compensation. Benefits are included also.

Your Career Path options with us are many including promotion into a leadership role within the Lead Generation Team, becoming a Certified Business Specialist or Certified Business Coach, or pursuing one of the many roles within our expanding organization.Duties:
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with executives and leaders
- Assess client's strengths, weaknesses, and areas for growth
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized development plans
- Provide guidance and support in areas such as leadership, communication, and decision-making
- Help clients navigate challenges and overcome obstacles in their professional lives
- Utilize various coaching techniques to facilitate personal and professional growth
- Monitor client progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed
The attributes you must have:
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record in sales or business development
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Ability to market services effectively and attract new clients
- Analytical mindset to assess client needs and develop tailored coaching strategies
- Strong negotiation skills to facilitate agreements between clients and stakeholders
- Technical sales experience is highly desirable
