JC Frozen Food Inc is currently seeking Merchandiser to join our team. JC Frozen Foods INC has an available position for our Concord, NC branch for Monroe, Concord, and East Charlotte NC and surrounding areas routes. Specific routes will be assigned once training is completed.

$17/hr w/ company vehicle provided!!!

All prospective Candidates need to include a resume and **MUST** provide a copy of an updated MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) when submitting application. You will be using a company vehicle and cannot be hired without this report to verify your driving record. We can send you link to get this on-line from the DMV. The DMV charges $6-$10 fee for this service. Must HAVE A CLEAN MVR FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS!

****MUST have an iPhone and unlimited data for this position so we can communicate with you via Microsoft teams and power apps****

This is a fast-paced environment, and our Merchandiser will work closely with store managers. This person is responsible for cleaning and rotating products inside the freezer and placing POS materials. This is a Monday - Friday position, but there will be some weeks where working on Saturday is required. This is an hourly pay position with opportunities to make commission on obtaining new customers. This position is a 1099 contractor that works independently in the field, which means that YOU are your OWN employee!!!

Please note: You must have flexible time for this position, some weekends may be mandatory especially during peak season.

Duties:
Clean all company owned freezers placed at customers.
Fill out surveys and take pictures of visit before and after
Rotate understock (where applicable)
Follow Plan-o-grams for each customer.

Duties```
- Organize and arrange merchandise displays to attract customers
- Ensure products are properly stocked and labeled
- Collaborate with the visual design team to create appealing and eye-catching displays
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to replenish stock
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and competitor offerings
- Assist with store remodeling projects as needed

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
- Proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions
- Experience supervising or leading a team is a plus
- Knowledge of interior design principles is preferred
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
