RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:Role
The Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Management team is responsible for centrally managing our M&A business, one of the key products within the Investment Banking Division. The M&A Management team is looking for a Research Associate to join the team.
The Research Associate position is a rewarding experience one that provides an excellent foundation for individuals interested in developing investment banking and M&A product knowledge, understanding strategic decision-making and processes, and driving new initiatives. The Research Associate will play an important role in the group while building a
deep understanding of the M&A business.
Responsibilities
The Research Associate will be a part of the M&A Management Group, a small team that is responsible for strategic analysis, reporting and other functions relating to the management of the M&A business within the Investment Banking Division. While the individual will be part of this small team, there will be opportunities to interact with bankers across all
