Goldfinch Neurobehavioral Services, LLC is a thriving pediatric mental health clinic and we are excited to expand our team! Currently, we provide neuropsychological evaluations for children and we are excited to begin adding therapy services. Goldfinch Neurobehavioral Services, LLC is located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, approximately 15 miles south/southwest of downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul.
The Position
We are currently looking for a child psychologist to join our team! At Goldfinch Neurobehavioral Services, LLC we pride ourselves on offering evidence-based services. Common presenting concerns include:

· Anxiety Disorders
· Behavior Disorders
· Adjustment Disorders
· ADHD
· Autism Spectrum Disorders
· Twice Exceptional
· Trauma
We are in need of a child therapist with extensive experience delivering Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Behavioral Therapy. Experience with parent coaching, ADHD coaching, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Program for the Education & Enrichment of Relational Skills (PEERS), Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), and Exposure & Response Prevention Therapy beneficial but not required.
Responsibilities
· Conduct diagnostic assessments as directed by clinic
· Develop treatment plans according to clinic standards
· Provide evidenced-based therapies to individual children and their families
· Document sessions according to clinic standards
· Participate in active discharge planning with families prior to termination
· Comply with licensing board regulations and professional ethics codes
Requirements
· Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited academic program
· Full, unrestricted license as a mental health professional in Minnesota (LP)
· Experience independently providing psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and families
· Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
· Ability to integrate issues related to culture in case conceptualization
· Ability to engage with patients ambivalent or resistant toward treatment
· Ability to communicate with colleagues who have completed neuropsychological assessments on shared patients regarding recommended treatment approaches
· Ability to adapt interventions to patient strengths and weaknesses
· Demonstrate high level of professionalism at all times
· Ability to intervene as necessary to protect patient safety
Compensation & Benefits: Open to salaried W2 with benefits (health, dental, vision, retirement matching) or 1099 split. Take-home pay based on experience and billable hours. In-house referral stream. Flexible hours. Colleagues available for consultation. Opportunity to participate in development of the clinic’s treatment programming.
