GoldenQuest is Hiring a Kennel Technician Near Versailles, KY
We are offering a 20-40 hour position. $15.00 base pay. Lead Kennel position will become available in a couple of months at $17.00. If the Kennel tech qualifies as a lead there will be a pay increase.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care for animals in the kennel, including feeding, watering, and exercising
- Clean and sanitize kennels, cages, and common areas
- Monitor the health and well-being of animals and report any concerns to the supervisor
- Administer medications or treatments
- Assist with grooming and bathing of animals
- Interact with customers and provide excellent customer service
-Help take photo and videos
- Maintain accurate records of animal care
Experience:
- Previous experience working with animals is preferred
- Ability to handle and restrain animals safely and effectively
- Knowledge of basic animal care and behavior
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
