Registered Nurse (RN) charge nurse position at our Lake Geneva campus as we open 2 brand new wings in our skilled nursing facility serving short term rehab, hospice, and long term private pay residents.

Day, PM and/or NOC shift hours available. Flexible schedule. Shift hours are 7a-3p (Days), 3p-11p (PMs), 11p-7a (NOCs).

Responsibilities include providing direct nursing care to our residents and supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. No mandated overtime, flexible schedules, and great staff-to-resident ratios.

As a part of the Golden Years team, our nursing staff enjoys being able to develop meaningful relationships with their patients and their families and truly making a difference in their lives while working alongside fellow staff and managers that have the same desire to serve.

Qualified candidates must either have a valid Wisconsin RN nursing license OR candidates can be graduate RN's waiting to take their NCLEX. We can assist in applying for a temporary permit so training and nursing work can begin right away!

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
