Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate nursing care services to our senior residents
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, showering, elimination, dressing, grooming, oral care, and other physical hygiene
• Accurately document resident vital signs such as pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure
• Assist residents with transfers, ambulation, and prescribed routine daily exercises and other rehabilitative activities
• Performs a variety clerical duties as instructed by the nurse supervisor or management
• Receive and escort visitors and family members to residents
• Communicate effectively the needs of our residents to the nurse supervisor, family members, and management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• Proof of TB test
• Valid Driver’s License and an insured automobile
• 18 years old and above
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members, and management
