Functions:

• Conducting venipunctures and capillary punctures following standard procedures and ensuring patients’ safety
• Accurately identifying patients and correctly labeling specimens in a timely manner
• Assisting in the collection and documentation of patient specimen data
• Complying fully with all safety and infection control procedures
• Providing an exceptional level of patient care and comfort during the procedure
• Performing essential front office duties including record maintenance, billing, and scheduling
• Collaborating effectively with all healthcare team members to ensure high-quality service delivery

Specifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent patient service skills and compassionate bedside manner
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
• Proficiency in using medical software and computer systems
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
• 18 years of age or older
